Issue 13 was a collaboration between artist, writer and curator Matthew Higgs and visual artist Martin Creed. The issue consisted of a 120 gram vinyl picture disk with a portrait of Matthew Higgs on one side and a portrait of Martin Creed on the other. The record contains one track entitled “My Advice” with words and music by Martin Creed.
