Issue 15 was by San Francisco-based graphic designers Brett MacFadden and Scott Thorpe. It consisted of a three color flag and came complete with a printed flag code in a triangular box. Built into the flag’s design were instructions on how to fold the flag, thereby making it a flag that signified the folding of a flag.
