Issue 23 was by LA-based visual artist David Korty. Each issue contained a set of six hand-made ceramic dice (made by Oakland-based ceramic studio Atelier Dion), a custom dice carrying bag, and instructions for the game “Mr. Natural”. David wrote this about the game:

“The game is a simple one, best played amongst good friends and with as much banter and trash talking as possible. A nice big table on which the dice can really roll makes the game even more exciting. The more I’ve played this game, the more it’s triggered my pondering ideas of chance vs. will, luck vs. skill and other types of "meta" questions, brought on by experiences I’ve had while playing... On a "Mr. Natural" binge one might encounter virtually no end to observations and epiphanies, highs and lows, and triumphs and defeats.”
