Issue 28, by Jason Fulford and Tamara Shopsin, was an edition of 1000 hand-numbered ceramic lottery balls. One ball contained a genuine diamond.  The other 999 each had a piece of cubic zirconia inside.  

The balls were made in Oakland, CA by Atelier Dion.  Caitlyn Galloway hand painted each one.
